Elyse Chloe Marie Miller came into this world 10 weeks ago by her wonderful parents, Richard and Farah. On a rainy and overcast day we took some pictures at a nearby park and a few inside their home.
On an overcast saturday, 7-year old Karina had her First Communion Ceremony. She was a little nervous like any other child, fussing over her hair and dress. She relaxed a bit once we got to the Church where about 60 of her classmates were waiting in anticipation. The principal of the school made it clear that no pictures were to be taken during the mass, so I was able to grab a quick frame near the end as Karina was exiting with a classmate. Afterwards, we went to a nearby park for some more pictures and here they are.
I had taken Mike and Sarah’s engagement photos about 12 months ago and back then I remember seeing the great chemistry they had together. Sarah is 8 months pregnant and very soon they will be parents for the first time. It is a time of anticipation and some anxiety as a little baby is a big responsibility.
We took these photos at the Fairy Lake park and then finished off with some shots in their home. They don’t yet know the sex of the baby even though their families are convinced there is a conspiracy behind this. I think its great not knowing until the baby is born, as that adds more excitement and pure joy in discovering that after birth. I think Mike and Sarah will be wonderful parents and I give you my best wishes for your son or daugther which you will welcome into this world within a few short weeks.
Here are some pictures from my trip to Cancun to shoot my first wedding. I brought my girlfriend, Nanna with me and took a few photos.
